We want to make everyone aware that our phone carrier’s system is not properly routing phone calls to our office. It seems to be an issue primarily with land lines and local numbers in the Hagerstown area. Although the issue is not limited to just this area. It seems that cell phones are not affected and have no trouble getting through to our office. We are in the process of trying to find a new carrier for our VoIP phone service. If you can recommend or have any experience with any companies that do not start with a “V” please let us know!
