Get to know us a little bit.

Our interests and passions fuel our work and spill over into our lives outside the office. See what keeps us busy after hours!

Keith Baumbach

President, art director, outdoorsman extraordinaire
Keith started Icon Graphics back in 1993 from the sweat of his brow and work of his hands. Today, he oversees all projects that Icon takes on and works as a business developer, art director, and designer. His laid-back personality and strong work ethic make him an awesome person to work with and work for! When he's not in the office, you'll find him spending time with his family and friends, most likely up in the mountains where fishing or hunting will probably be involved.

Kim Kukiela

Designer, illustrator, cartoon aficionado
Kim joined Keith back in 2001. She's been such an asset that when the time came for her to move to New York, we decided to expand our company northwards! Her quiet observant personality helps her understand projects and people easily, making her an absolute pleasure to work with. When she's not at work, you can probably find her traveling, perfecting her tree pose, or spending time with her husband, Mark, family and black lab, Bongo.

Dani Kelley

Designer, web designer, stereotypical geek
Dani hit the ground running with Keith and Kim in 2011. She works on all things print and web, along with copywriting and editing, content strategy, and email marketing. Her quirky-yet-meticulous personality helps her keep projects well-organized, making her an easy person to work with. When she's not working, you'll likely find her discussing social justice, the art of self-care, or the finer points of The Legend of Zelda while hanging out with friends, family, and her trusty dog, Sherlock.

Jeremy Duenas

Web Developer, Tech Enthusiast, Zune Owner
Jeremy joined Keith, Kim, and Dani in December of 2013, making him the newest member of Team Icon. He handles the web development for our clients, making sure that every site we build is accessible and usable. His research skills combined with his quick coding skills make him a fantastic addition to our team. When he's not at work, you'll discover him at home playing video games, watching TV, or hanging out with his wife, Tiffaney, and their puppy, Lyka.
